 Meeting outside the  Medical Centre, Newport Pagnell . Leaving @ 9:30am

Morning coffee at  Bike Bus, Bourn End

Afternoon coffee/beer at  The Fir Tree, Woburn Sands.

The ride is approx. 40 miles and we aim to be back by 3:30pm
